- Partnership levels and certifications must be current and verifiable with the relevant ERP vendor.
- Case studies must describe genuine client engagements. You must have permission to reference named clients.
- Employee counts, office locations, and years of experience must be reasonably accurate.
2. Prohibited Content
Partner listings must not contain:
- False or misleading claims about your company, services, or relationship with ERP vendors.

- Spam, malware, or links to malicious websites.
- Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Competitor Trademark Use
You may reference ERP vendor names (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) in the context of describing your genuine partnership or implementation services. You must not:
- Use competitor trademarks in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation where none exists.
- Include competitor company names in your own company name or tagline to mislead buyers.
4. Fair Use of the Platform
- Do not create multiple listings for the same company to gain additional visibility.
- Do not use automated tools to manipulate your listing's position or metrics.
- Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute content from other partner listings.
5. Enforcement
ERP Research reserves the right to take the following actions for violations of this policy:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and request that you correct the issue.
- Suspension: Your listing may be temporarily suspended while a violation is investigated or corrected.
- Removal: Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal of your listing and cancellation of your subscription.
6. Appeal Process
If your listing is suspended or removed and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@erpresearch.com. We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a partner listing violates this policy, please report it to support@erpresearch.com with the listing URL and a description of the concern.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active partner accounts. Continued use of the partner directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
