Overview
WarehouseExpert is the configurable warehouse management system from Made4net, a supply chain software company headquartered in New Jersey that was acquired by Ingka Group, the largest IKEA retailer, in 2023. Made4net itself acquired fellow WMS provider Zethcon in 2022 to expand in the third-party logistics segment.
WarehouseExpert automates and optimizes warehouse operations with core and advanced functions including cartonization, task interleaving and optimized scheduling, labor management, cycle counting, advanced QC, appointment scheduling and yard management, and real-time replenishment. It is part of a broader end-to-end platform that also spans warehouse control (WCS), yard management, labor, routing and proof of delivery.
The system can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise and ships with pre-built connectors for ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Sage, as well as voice and autonomous mobile robot solutions.
