4PS Group BV is the Dutch parent of the 4PS construction-software group, headquartered in Ede, Netherlands and founded in 2000. The company is a Microsoft Solutions Partner and ISV that designs, implements and supports 4PS Construct, an integrated cloud-based ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and tailored specifically to the construction industry. 4PS Construct supports the full project lifecycle of building contractors, civil-engineering and infrastructure (GWW/infra) firms and installation companies, covering materials and inventory management, estimating and calculation, finance, procurement, project and resource planning, document management, reporting, service and maintenance, and plant and tools management. The 4PS Group reports more than 70,000 daily users of its software across markets in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany, supported by several hundred direct customers and a team of several hundred employees, with country operations supplemented by a small network of international partners. Beyond its core ISV product, 4PS Group also delivers Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Power Platform expertise, building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that extend or complement 4PS Construct for individual customers. In July 2023 the Hilti Group, the global construction tools and software vendor, announced its plan to acquire 4PS Group, integrating 4PS's construction-ERP business into Hilti's broader software portfolio. As a partner type the firm operates simultaneously as Implementer, Reseller, ISV, Managed Services provider and Consulting partner, with the ISV product being the centrepiece of the proposition.
