Solution: Fellowmind migrated Avant Tecno from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central integrated with the eCon product configurator, added Power BI and electronic invoice processing, then extended to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights Journey and Customer Service, with Microsoft Fabric as the data platform.

Results: The company reports higher operational efficiency and productivity, more accurate and transparent delivery times for importers, and a platform for harmonising processes across country entities. Its forecasting model helped avoid production downtime during the pandemic.

Solution: Fellowmind implemented Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations supplemented with BCT, Lasernet and eCon, delivered in three-week agile sprints around an MVP covering production, purchasing and trolley stowage, plus a customer-order interface and a Power App for trolley completeness checks.

Results: KCS retired its old system and went live in early June 2021. The customer-order interface processes thousands of messages and lets airline crews make order changes up to 23 minutes before departure.
