Overview
SuiteAnalytics is the native analytics and reporting capability built into Oracle NetSuite. Because it operates directly on the live NetSuite data source, it delivers real-time reporting, searches, KPIs, and dashboards without exporting data to a separate BI tool, making it the default analytics layer for NetSuite ERP customers.
At its center is SuiteAnalytics Workbook, a no-code tool for building datasets, pivot tables, charts, and reports by combining record types with multilevel joins and custom formula fields through drag-and-drop. The same Analytics Data Source underpins SuiteQL, a SQL query interface, so technical users can run complex queries against the same governed data. Role-based dashboards surface KPIs, reminders, report snapshots, and trend graphs personalized to each user.
For advanced needs, SuiteAnalytics Connect exposes the Analytics Data Source via ODBC/JDBC and SuiteQL for real-time access from external BI and data-warehouse tools, and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse provides a separate, prebuilt cloud data warehouse for cross-functional and historical analysis. SuiteAnalytics is delivered as part of the NetSuite cloud ERP SaaS.
