Overview

Rithum is a commerce operations platform formed from the December 2023 merger of CommerceHub, ChannelAdvisor and Dsco under a single brand. It helps brands and retailers manage product listings, inventory, orders and fulfillment across marketplace, dropship and direct-to-consumer channels. CommerceHub traces back to 1997 and ChannelAdvisor to 2001; CommerceHub acquired ChannelAdvisor in November 2022, and the combined company rebranded as Rithum in December 2023.

The platform serves brands (marketplace listings and advertising management across 600+ channels, inventory sync, order consolidation and routing) and retailers (dropship supplier network, private marketplace creation, supplier performance monitoring). An AI layer branded RithumIQ is positioned across the product line to support pricing, ad and operations decisions.

Rithum connects order, inventory and fulfillment data between selling channels and back-office systems, offering managed integrations to ERP platforms including SAP, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics without custom development, in addition to certified partner connectors (MindCloud, APPSeCONNECT, TrueCommerce, eBridge Connections) that extend reach to Sage Intacct, Acumatica, QuickBooks, Infor and other ERPs.
