Solution: Business Enabling Systems added Pacifictech Payables Workflow and Pacifictech Document Processing Service to Community Living Trust's existing Sage 300 system, automatically scanning and extracting invoice data and enabling web and mobile approvals, alongside a bank reconciliation add-on for daily reconciliation.

Results: Community Living Trust cut its accounts payable processing from 2-3 staff members to a single staff member, eliminated manual invoice entry entirely, and moved to a paperless approval workflow that gave staff their weekends back.

Solution: Business Enabling Systems implemented Sage Intacct for Hapaitia with five-dimensional reporting, multi-tier management support, single sign-on, and integrations with Workday Adaptive, Certify, and Pacifictech AP Automation, consolidating all seven organisations onto one cloud platform.

Results: The Sage Intacct implementation was delivered on time and on budget in three months, giving Hapaitia five dimensions of outcome-based reporting across engagement type and region that its previous system could not support.

Solution: Business Enabling Systems implemented Sage 300 ERP with an integrated Fuel Distribution module and Sage CRM for business-to-business electronic transactions, hosted via PTS, with mobile data terminals on fleet trucks and a KPI Dashboard built on QlikView.

Results: Waitomo Petroleum reduced its administrative workload by 22 percent through less manual data entry, required fewer administrative staff than before Sage 300 despite acquiring another Mobil distributor, and now produces monthly debtor statements and financial results faster than before.

Solution: Business Enabling Systems implemented Sage 300 for Traffic Management NZ, then added online purchase orders, remote invoice approvals, and Qlik BI for debt collection, integrating Sage 300 with the company's job tracking system and the Z Energy fuel platform.

Results: Traffic Management NZ automated line-item processing for 200-300 trucks fuelling up each day through the Z Energy integration, moved branch managers to online invoice approval instead of scanning paper, and completed its rollout of automation while working from home during COVID-19 lockdown.
