Solution: Annexa consolidated the 27 Xero instances into a single NetSuite account and added NetSuite Planning & Budgeting and NetSuite Account Reconciliation. A Celigo integration connected NetSuite to Kieser's custom front-of-house system, Logic Plus, for order-to-cash, alongside Zone & Co for supplier invoice capture and ExpenseMe for credit cards.

Results: Kieser reports operating from a single system with real-time performance data available to regional and clinic leaders. The budgeting cycle shrank from three months to one, close to 80 Excel spreadsheets were retired, and reconciliations became faster.

Solution: Annexa implemented NetSuite with OneWorld to bring finance, operations and project data onto one platform, then added NetSuite Analytics Warehouse to combine NetSuite data with UKG time-and-attendance and Visual Dispatch resource allocation data. Celigo was used as the integration layer.

Results: Smithbridge Group reports standardised group-wide information and self-serve reporting for finance and operations, replacing its fragmented Microsoft BI setup. Accountants now work with managers on analysis rather than producing static reports, and workforce spend can be analysed alongside asset utilisation and financial performance.

Solution: Annexa ran a NetSuite optimisation review combining workshops, process analysis and a system report, then acted on the recommendations. Fixed asset management moved from offline spreadsheets into NetSuite, scripts were built to pull Bills of Materials from other systems and auto-populate transaction records, and standard NetSuite vendor prepayment and customer deposit records replaced manual finance workarounds.

Results: Civilcast reports centralised fixed asset tracking inside NetSuite and processes that previously absorbed days now completing in minutes. Excel workarounds in finance were eliminated in the areas covered by the review.

Solution: Annexa implemented NetSuite as the core of an integrated stack, using Celigo as the iPaaS layer. A Lightspeed POS integration syncs in-store transactions with inventory and financials, barcode scanning replaced manual stock tracking, and NetSuite connects directly to 3PL Central and SPS Commerce.

Results: Finance, inventory and sales now run through one connected system. Petdirect reports drilling from a previously high-level daily sales view down to transaction level, plus expiry-date reporting used for demand planning.
