Solution: Big Bang integrated Oracle NetSuite, the company's financial system of record, with the BluePlanner trade planning tool using Celigo, building the interfaces and resolving issues through the project.

Results: Inventory and transaction data flows from NetSuite into BluePlanner, giving the team real-time product tracking with suppliers and forecasting against monthly and annual promotional spending budgets. The engagement continued a NetSuite support relationship spanning five years.

Solution: After a business process review, Big Bang configured NetSuite OneWorld, assisted with data migration, and implemented SuiteSuccess and SuiteBilling alongside a Salesforce CRM integration, starting with the NetReviews subsidiary.

Results: The company reports data visibility across users, a monthly close process, and access to consolidated sales figures for the first time. Skeepers is cited as the first user of NetSuite SuiteBilling in France, with rollout to the remaining subsidiaries planned.

Solution: Big Bang implemented Oracle NetSuite as the company's ERP, replacing manual data entry and spreadsheet-based inventory tracking. The partner was selected over working with NetSuite directly because Oligo wanted a Montreal-based team and a provider not tied to a single product.

Results: The company reports real-time inventory visibility and more efficient purchase-order management. A full-time order-entry role was largely eliminated because orders are entered automatically. A NetSuite integration with Amazon and Shopify was planned as the next phase.
