Boomi is an integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) provider headquartered in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania. The company participates in the NetSuite Alliance Partner program as a technology and integration partner rather than a NetSuite implementation reseller. Boomi's platform is used by NetSuite customers to integrate NetSuite with CRM, e-commerce, HCM, supply chain, and other enterprise applications. Boomi developed a Cloud Integration for Human Capital Management solution specifically for NetSuite, and Oracle NetSuite has referred Boomi to customers and prospects as a trusted iPaaS option. Boomi is regularly included in NetSuite SuiteWorld events and roadshows. Boomi's connectors for NetSuite support synchronization of customers, items, sales orders, invoices, and financial data, and the platform provides pre-built recipes and a low-code interface for building integration flows. The company sells direct and through a network of certified Boomi partners (such as Versich and ScaleNorth) that combine Boomi integrations with NetSuite implementation work. Boomi was originally founded in 2000, acquired by Dell in 2010, and divested in 2021 to a private-equity consortium led by Francisco Partners and TPG. The company operates internationally and serves customers across financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and the public sector.
