BTM Global Consulting Vietnam, Ltd.

BTM Global Consulting Vietnam, Ltd. is the Vietnamese subsidiary of Minneapolis-based BTM Global. The Vietnam office is located in the Helios Building at Quang Trung Software Park in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, and operates as both a delivery center for BTM Global's North American customers and a customer-facing entity for businesses in Vietnam. BTM Global was the first certified NetSuite Alliance Partner in Vietnam, and the Vietnam team delivers consulting, integration, and implementation services for Oracle NetSuite ERP and CRM, as well as Oracle Retail and broader e-commerce solutions. Local Vietnamese customers include Sundo Foods, which selected BTM Global for its NetSuite implementation; Citicom, for which BTM Global Vietnam implemented Oracle NetSuite's e-commerce solution; Melchers Vietnam, which partnered with BTM to roll out NetSuite Cloud ERP; and Techcoop, which implemented NetSuite Cloud ERP to enhance internal management. The Vietnam entity is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HBA). BTM Global Consulting Vietnam combines the cost structure of an offshore delivery center with NetSuite Alliance Partner status, allowing it to handle full implementations for Vietnamese and regional customers as well as supporting global rollouts led from Minneapolis.
