Crafted ERP

Solution: The business consolidated wine, farm and hospitality operations onto Crafted ERP running on NetSuite, including custom forms for Vermont Information Processing depletion reporting and links to its tasting room point-of-sale and e-commerce platforms.

Results: Ten entities now run on one platform. Reports that previously took hours or days are produced in seconds, fixed assets are managed centrally, and stakeholder KPI reporting is handled from the same system.

Solution: The 1860-founded brewer implemented Crafted ERP's brewery edition on the NetSuite platform, adding barcode-based inventory tracking, mobile functionality, on-demand invoicing, and integrated orders, forecasting and raw-materials management.

Results: Manual inventory processes were eliminated across the five campuses and 75+ vessels, with improved inventory accuracy, cost savings, and faster data-driven decisions covering its three beer brands.

Results: Consolidated financial and inventory records dating to the April 2020 go-live were available during acquisition due diligence. Heaven Hill Brands acquired the company in February 2022, and accounting methods were realigned to the parent afterwards.

Results: Athletic Brewing reports a 10-15% reduction in month-end close time, more granular cost insight, improved batch management, and a platform positioned to support a third production facility onboarding in 2025.
