STEP ONE ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS S.A.

Birchman

Bracknell, United Kingdom

Birchman is a UK founded business transformation and IT consultancy specialising in SAP and ERP solutions. We're a Global SAP Platinum Partner and the primary UK member of United VARs, the world's largest alliance of SAP solution providers, giving us access to local expertise and delivery capability in 80+ countries. We help organisations plan, migrate to and thrive on SAP Cloud ERP (S/4HANA), whether that's moving off legacy ECC6, running a phased cloud migration or optimising an existing SAP landscape. Our services cover the full transformation lifecycle: strategy and target operating model design, ERP implementation, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, application development, and IT governance. We back this with industry specific accelerator packages for Mining, CPG, and Professional Services, drawing on 20+ years of sector experience. Over that time, we've built a reputation not just for delivering transformation projects but for steadying them. Brought in when a project needs a safe pair of hands to see it through to a successful outcome. It's why so many customers trust us with their most critical digital transformation and SAP work. We measure our success by our customers', helping them get the most out of their SAP investment, not just at go-live but for years afterwards. Our Application Management Services and ongoing consultancy keep that relationship going, with continuous improvement built in as standard. We're big enough to lead complex, global transformation projects and boutique enough to still care about every client we work with.

Softengine

Woodland Hills, United States

Softengine has been helping growing organizations select, implement and continuously improve the right ERP solution since 1996. As an SAP Business One Premier Partner, we guide companies from initial evaluation through implementation, go live and long term support – helping them make informed decisions as their operations, markets, regulations and business needs evolve. Our work covers the full lifecycle. 1. ERP Evaluation and Selection We help you select the right ERP platform based on your industry, requirements, budget and growth plans. If SAP Business One is not the fit, we say so before anyone signs. 2. Discovery, Analysis and Solution Design We work with leadership, operations, finance and IT to understand existing challenges, then design improved processes and system architecture around how the business actually runs. 3. Implementation and Project Management We configure SAP Business One and manage the project end to end, coordinating resources, timelines, risks and milestones. 4. Development, Integrations and Data Migration We develop specialized functionality, connect your other business systems, and migrate and validate legacy data. 5. Testing, Training and Go Live We test the solution, train users, manage change and coordinate the transition to the new system. 6. Protecting Your Investment Dedicated post go live support, account management, proactive system management and ongoing optimization – as new requirements, regulations, market conditions, locations and acquisitions reshape the business. Where standard SAP Business One falls short, we built our own. WMS+ for warehouse management. Container Management for import heavy distribution. Softengine Processing for seafood. Manufacturing Solutions for production. Web Portals for customer self service. All native SAP Business One extensions, developed and supported in house. Our expertise is operational. Manufacturers, distributors, food and beverage producers, construction firms, field service teams and oil and gas operators – businesses where lot traceability, job costing, warehouse throughput and shop floor visibility decide whether an ERP project succeeds or stalls. We also deploy SAP Business One on our own secure hosted cloud, so infrastructure is one less vendor to manage. 25+ years implementing ERP. 200+ implementations. 98% client retention.
