Real Oracle implementations delivered by Inoapps — summarised from case studies published on their website, with only the figures the original source reports.

ECM Industries, LLC

Legacy consolidation system being decommissioned, plus Excel spreadsheets and manual processesOracle Cloud EPM

ten days to five days

monthly close

about 20 days improvement

reporting improvement

Challenge: Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures left ECM Industries with many separate legal entities, divisions, brands and local ERP trial balances to consolidate, while its existing consolidation software was being decommissioned. Manual processes limited automation, KPI support and compliance control.

Solution: Following a Gartner-assisted vendor search, ECM selected Oracle Cloud EPM and Inoapps as implementation partner, replacing the legacy consolidation system and spreadsheets. A further acquisition was initiated mid-project. Account reconciliation and close task manager modules were included.

Results: The close moved from ten days to five, and external reporting is delivered within the first eight days of the month, which the case study describes as about a 20-day improvement. ECM reports faster integration of acquisitions and more visibility across a decentralised business.

Our VP of IT looked at all of the different vendors that Oracle gave us the option of, and we really liked what we saw from Inoapps. From day one when they did the demo with us, they have proved that decision right. They have been a great company for us to work with!

In-house developed finance, HR and supply chain systems, followed by Sage from 2016Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM (Inoapps Evolve rapid implementation)

over 1,300 customers

customers served

Challenge: Climate Pros had outgrown the Sage finance system it implemented in 2016 and still relied on self-developed systems for finance, HR and supply chain. It needed a platform that could scale with rapid growth and acquisitions while working alongside its bespoke invoicing and operations systems.

Solution: Inoapps deployed Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM using its Evolve approach, putting core capability in first and building on it, with integration to the customer's bespoke invoicing system and knowledge transfer so Climate Pros could own the environment. Inoapps Managed Service was engaged for ongoing support.

Results: The platform went live on the 1 January 2024 deadline, manual processes were automated, and two further go-lives followed the initial release. Inoapps continues to work with Climate Pros on an enhancement programme.

Project kicked off June 2023 and was delivered by the 1 January 2024 deadline; two further go-lives followed
Inoapps came with a perspective that could be put into practice to get us off the ground quickly and cost effectively. Inoapps Evolve gave us what we needed to start our transformation without all the complexity of a large-scale implementation. The controlled deliverables and set approach made the project feel manageable and less overwhelming.

Multiple customised legacy systems and point-to-point integrations inherited from parent company EQT CorporationOracle Cloud Applications (multi-pillar) with Inoapps Energy Cloud

pipeline construction project

Challenge: Formed in 2018 as a spin-off from EQT Corporation, Equitrans needed its own ERP system. It carried outdated legacy systems, paper-heavy finance and HR processes, duplicate data entry across systems and no real-time access to data.

Solution: Equitrans selected a multi-pillar Oracle Cloud solution with Inoapps Energy Cloud for integration and reporting. Inoapps delivered core Finance and HR first, then two further phases, and provided helpdesk, testing, training and support resources when COVID-19 lockdown removed face-to-face go-live support.

Results: The initial deployment went live in under 12 months and the full programme ran 21 months. Equitrans reports the Oracle solution is more cost-effective to run than the systems it left behind in the parent company, with improved data quality and a supplier portal that shifted accounts payable effort from data entry towards analysis.

Three phases spanning 21 months, with the initial core Finance and HR deployment live in under 12 months

Legacy HR and finance systems reaching end of lifeOracle Financials Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud

The solution went live on budget within six months. Ofqual reported self-service access for staff, a single integrated source of finance and HR data, automation of transactional activity, and faster cross-functional reporting.

Challenge: Ofqual's legacy HR and finance systems were reaching end of life. The regulator had a cloud-first strategy and a tight budget, and wanted one platform covering HR, finance, recruitment and onboarding.

Solution: Inoapps ran workshops, meetings and prototypes over several weeks so Ofqual could validate the fit before committing, then was selected via the G-Cloud procurement framework to implement Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud with Talent Management recruitment and onboarding, plus an interface to the existing payroll solution.

Results: The solution went live on budget within six months. Ofqual reported self-service access for staff, a single integrated source of finance and HR data, automation of transactional activity, and faster cross-functional reporting.
