Overview
Precisely EnterWorks is an enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) data hub. It gives organizations a single source of truth for product, customer and other master data domains, and lets them enrich, govern and syndicate that data to ERPs, e-commerce sites, marketplaces, print catalogs and partner portals.
The platform uses a low-code/no-code multi-domain data model, drag-and-drop workflow management, data quality profiling, and attribute governance rules to control how data is captured, validated, enriched and approved before it is published downstream. A DAM module manages unstructured content such as images, video and documents alongside the structured product record, auto-generating multiple asset renditions for print and digital channels.
EnterWorks originated as a standalone MDM/PIM vendor (founded 1998), was acquired by Winshuttle in 2019, and came under Precisely when Precisely acquired Winshuttle in 2021. It is now part of Precisely's Data Integrity Suite, which also includes Winshuttle's SAP-focused data automation tools, giving EnterWorks a direct line into SAP data entry and migration processes.

Alternatives to Precisely EnterWorks in Master Data Management
Precisely EnterWorks — frequently asked questions
Does Precisely EnterWorks integrate with SAP?
Yes. Precisely holds SAP integration certification for SAP S/4HANA 2022 Cloud (private and extended editions) and RISE with SAP, and connects to SAP data entry processes through Precisely's broader Data Integrity Suite (built on its Winshuttle acquisition), which supports migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud.
Does Precisely EnterWorks connect to Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics ERPs?
EnterWorks can integrate with Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics environments through its REST API layer, but Precisely does not publicly document a certified, prebuilt connector for those ERPs the way it does for SAP.
How much does Precisely EnterWorks cost?
Precisely does not publish pricing for EnterWorks. It is quote-based and typically scoped by the data domains, user count, data volume and modules (MDM, PIM, DAM) an organization selects.
What is the difference between EnterWorks' MDM and PIM capabilities?
The multi-domain MDM layer governs master data (product, customer, location, etc.) with quality, matching and governance rules, while the PIM layer sits on top to aggregate, enrich and syndicate product content specifically for channels like e-commerce, marketplaces and print catalogs.
