Overview

EBizCharge is a payment processing and receivables automation platform, developed and owned by Century Business Solutions, that embeds credit card, ACH and eCheck payment acceptance directly inside an existing ERP, accounting, eCommerce or CRM system. Rather than operating as a standalone gateway, it installs as a module inside systems such as NetSuite, SAP Business One, Acumatica, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and QuickBooks so users can charge cards, apply cash to open invoices and sync transaction data without leaving the host application.

The platform centers on a virtual terminal for card-not-present transactions, a customer-facing payment portal, automated invoice reminders and recurring or auto-pay billing, plus EMV card-reader support for in-person payments. It also includes a compliant credit card surcharging feature that lets merchants pass processing fees to customers, and a reporting module for tracking collections and days-sales-outstanding. Security is built around PCI-certified integrator and reseller status, TLS 1.2 encryption with a 2048-bit RSA key, and tokenization so card data is not stored by the merchant.

EBizCharge is sold through a network of value-added resellers, ISVs and referral partners, and operates its payment processing as a registered Independent Sales Organization for banks including Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, U.S. Bank, Synovus Bank and Pathward. The company reports serving more than 20,000 businesses and 400,000+ users in the US and Canada, primarily in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, transportation, healthcare, construction, government, education and other B2B verticals.
