Overview
Zoho Sign is an electronic and digital signature solution that lets organizations send documents for signature, collect signatures from multiple parties, and manage signing workflows without printing or manual handling. Senders upload a document, place signature and form fields, define a signing order, and route it to recipients who can sign from a browser or mobile device. Each completed document carries a tamper-evident audit trail recording signer identity, timestamps, and actions taken.
The product supports both simple electronic signatures and qualified electronic signatures (QES) with identity verification, along with reusable templates, bulk send, in-person signing, SignForms (self-service signing via a secure URL), and embedded payment collection. Administrators can configure approval workflows, multi-factor signer authentication, custom branding, and conditional fields. A REST API, webhooks, and web and mobile SDKs allow signing to be embedded into custom applications and websites.
Zoho Sign is most commonly adopted by businesses already using the Zoho ecosystem, where it integrates natively with Zoho CRM, Books, Invoice, People, Recruit, and other Zoho apps to add signing to sales, finance, and HR processes. It also connects to third-party platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dropbox, and Box, and to automation tools such as Zapier and Make. It is positioned as a cost-conscious, integration-friendly option for small and mid-sized organizations rather than a heavyweight enterprise contract-lifecycle platform.
