Overview

Invoiced is an accounts receivable automation platform, marketed as an invoice-to-cash automation solution, that helps finance teams bill customers, automate collections, and reconcile payments. It is aimed at CFOs, controllers, accountants and A/R managers, spanning industries such as agencies, education, financial services, healthcare, insurance, legal and software/technology companies.

The platform centralises the order-to-cash workflow: automated invoice delivery, configurable dunning and collections workflows, a branded self-service customer payment portal, AutoPay and payment plans, multi-currency payment processing, and AI-assisted cash application and reconciliation. It also provides A/R analytics and cash flow forecasting.

Invoiced connects to ERP and accounting systems including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and Xero through native, bi-directional integrations that sync customers, invoices and payments, plus an Integration Studio for connecting to additional systems via API. In August 2024, Invoiced was acquired by Flywire and now operates as "Invoiced, powered by Flywire."
